Contract Description
Al objeto de garantizar el normal funcionamiento del servicio público es preciso contar con un suministro de carburantes para la flota de vehículos y maquinaria adscrita a los diferentes servicios y unidades de esta Consejería. Este contrato se corresponde con actuaciones o prestaciones que de manera sistemática viene realizando la Administración regional, por lo que entra dentro de los supuestos previstos en el artículo 3.2 del DECRETO 23/2025, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las condiciones de la prórroga de los Presupuestos Generales de la Comunidad de Castilla y León para 2024 en el ejercicio de 2026, ya que resulta imprescindible para el adecuado desempeño de las funciones de las unidades administrativas.
