Automatically collected: When you visit TenderMetric, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes standard web logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and page views. Cookies: We use a cookie consent mechanism. We use functional cookies (e.g., your cookie consent preference stored in localStorage) and, if consented, analytics/advertising cookies via Google AdSense. No tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent.

Contact inquiries: If you contact us by email, we store your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 12 months.

3. Tender Data — No Personal Data

All procurement notices displayed on TenderMetric are sourced from TED Europa, a public EU institution. This data constitutes public information published under EU law (Directive 2014/24/EU) and re-used under EU Open Data Directive 2019/1024. Contracting authority names and contact details in notices are institutional, not personal, data.

4. Third-Party Services & AdSense

TenderMetric integrates the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Processes IP addresses per Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: We display contextual advertising. If you consent to cookies, Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing. You may opt out via Google Ads Settings or the DAA opt-out portal.
• Anthropic Claude API: When you request an AI briefing, your tender's title, sector, and CPV codes are sent to Anthropic's API. No personal user data is transmitted.

Advertising Disclosure: TenderMetric displays Google AdSense advertisements. These ads support the operational costs of the platform. Ad personalization cookies are only set with your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU/EEA resident, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679):
