TenderMetric is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Union, the Publications Office of the European Union, or TED Europa. Any reference to EU institutions is strictly for identification and informational classification.
3. Intellectual Property
The TenderMetric platform design, source code, AI briefings, Insights articles, and original editorial content are the intellectual property of TenderMetric Intelligence Systems. Tender notice content is sourced from TED Europa and is governed by EU Open Data re-use policy (Directive 2019/1024 and Regulation 2021/946). Reproduction of TenderMetric's original content without permission is prohibited.
4. Accuracy & Verification Obligation
TenderMetric provides data on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy through automated normalization of TED API data, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, currency, or accuracy of procurement notices displayed. Tender details — including deadlines, values, and eligibility — may change after publication.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all information on ted.europa.eu before submitting bids or making procurement decisions. Submission deadlines and contract terms are legally governed by the original TED notice only.
5. No Procurement or Legal Advice
Nothing on TenderMetric constitutes procurement advice, legal advice, bid strategy advice, or a recommendation to bid on any contract. Users are solely responsible for their procurement decisions, bid submissions, and compliance with applicable procurement law. 6. Prohibited Uses

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law and applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
