Contract Description
1. Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E dla potrzeb EKOCIECH Sp. z o.o. obejmująca sprzedaż paliwa gazowego w postaci gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E i świadczenie usługi dystrybucji dla 10 punktów odbioru gazu (POG), usytuowanych na terenie miasta Ciechocinka zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10.04.1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 266 ze zm.). 2. Prognozowana ilość paliwa gazowego, która będzie dostarczona w okresie obowiązywania umowy szacuje się na 8 406 487,00 kWh. Powyższa wartość wolumenu gazu jest wartością szacowaną i może ulec zmianie. Przedmiot zamówienia szczegółowo określają załączniki do SWZ: zał. nr 2 (Projektowane postanowienia umowy) oraz zał. nr 1 (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia), nr 1a (Lista obiektów Zamawiającego) i 1b (Prognoza zużycia paliwa)
