AD/ZP/66/26 Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę energii elektrycznej w planowanej ilości: 9 997,70 MWh w terminie od dnia 01.10.2026 r. do dnia 30.09.2027 r. Planowana ilość energii elektrycznej jest ilością prognozowaną, podaną w celu obliczenia przez Wykonawcę ceny ofertowej na potrzeby dokonania przez Zamawiającego oceny ofert w ramach kryteriów oceny ofert. Wykonawca otrzymywać będzie wynagrodzenie z tytułu realizacji umowy, na podstawie rzeczywistego zużycia energii elektrycznej przez Zamawiającego, w wysokości stanowiącej iloczyn zadeklarowanej przez Wykonawcę ceny jednostkowej za MWh oraz ilości zużytej energii elektrycznej. Wykonawca nie będzie wnosił żadnych roszczeń z tytułu niewykorzystania przez Zamawiającego całości planowanej ilości energii elektrycznej. Zamawiający gwarantuje przy tym zużycie na poziomie nie niższym niż 60% szacunkowego poboru energii elektrycznej dla wszystkich PPE łącznie.
