Contract Description
De gemeente Roosendaal heeft sinds 2005 gemeentelijk openbaar cameratoezicht in de binnenstad op grond van artikel 151C van de Gemeentewet. De locaties zijn verdeeld over de gemeente en gebaseerd op overlast, criminaliteit en openbare orde problematiek in het verleden en de te verwachten overlast in de toekomst.De camerabeelden worden uitgekeken vanuit het politiebureau aan de Nieuwstraat 6 te Roosendaal. Aldaar is eveneens de server waar de camerabeelden beveiligd worden opgeslagen. De gemeente is voornemens een overeenkomst aan te gaan met een leverancier welke: A. een nieuw en professioneel camerasysteem kan leveren en installeren. B. Daarnaast dient er een service en storing overeenkomst (Service Level Agreement hierna te noemen SLA) te worden aangegaan om het totale camerasysteem in optimale conditie te houden en/of te brengen.
