Contract Description
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer. Deze Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving (EMVI), zijnde de Inschrijving met de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV), heeft uitgebracht. Voor het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van het Project “Realisatie hoofdkantoor North Sea Port” is Aanbesteder op zoek naar een geschikte partner, waarmee na gunning eerst een Bouwteamfase wordt doorlopen om tot een definitief ontwerp te komen. Opdrachtnemer zal vervolgens op basis van dit definitief ontwerp als eerste en enige een Prijsaanbieding mogen doen. Indien partijen hierover overeenstemming bereiken zullen partijen voor de verdere uitvoering in de Uitvoeringsfase een contract aangaan onder de voorwaarden van de UAV-GC 2025.
