Contract Description
La présente consultation a pour objet l’entretien courant des logements du patrimoine immobilier d’Habitalys, principalement au moyen des prestations suivantes : • remise en état des logements après départ des locataires, principalement en site vacant ; • réparations et dépannages, principalement en site occupé. Le marché pourra également être utilisé, à titre occasionnel, pour des travaux réalisés dans les parties communes des résidences ainsi que dans les bâtiments administratifs (bureaux) d’Habitalys. Les prestations comprennent notamment : • les travaux tous corps d’état (TCE), par lots ; • les interventions ponctuelles et urgentes de réparation et de dépannage ; • les remises en état après départ des locataires. Il est précisé à l’attention des candidats qu’il s’agit d’un marché d’entretien impliquant des interventions fréquentes, ponctuelles et urgentes, avec de forts enjeux de réactivité.
