Contract Description
Die Beförderung von Schülerinnen und Schülern für Querverkehre zwischen Schulen und Schwimm- und Sportstätten auf dem Gebiet des Main-Kinzig-Kreises als Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Verkehrsunternehmen. Auf Basis der Rahmenvereinbarung können jeweils gesondert Kapazitäten für die Erbringung einzelner Leistungen abgefragt werden. Die einzelnen Angebote werden für die Einzelverkehre (Fahrtenpaare jeweils bestehend aus Hin- und Rückfahrt) abgefragt. Jede Beauftragung eines Einzelverkehrs erfordert eine gesonderte Beauftragung. Dies gilt auch für die Erstbeauftragung zu Beginn der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Auftraggeber fordert die Auftragnehmer, die als erfolgreiche Bewerber aus dem Verfahren zum Abschluss dieser Rahmenvereinbarung hervorgegangen sind, zur Angebotsabgabe für die Einzelaufträge auf. Ein Anspruch auf die Beauftragung für einzelne Leistungen besteht nicht.
