Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi transportowe, polegające na dowożeniu uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami do przedszkoli, szkół i ośrodków szkolno-wychowawczych oraz ich odwożenie po zajęciach do miejsc zamieszkania wraz z opieką. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 22 części. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych i informuje, że jeden wykonawca może składać oferty w odniesieniu do wszystkich części, tj. 22. Opisy poszczególnych części nie mogą być traktowane jako ostatecznie zdefiniowane.
