Zur maschinellen Kuvertierung und Versendung des täglichen Druckoutputs im DVZ werden 60.000.000 Kuvertierhüllen in 2 Jahren benötigt. Das Verfahren wird über eine Rahmenvereinbarung vergeben mit einer Laufzeit von 2 Jahren. Die Rahmenvereinbarung kann jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert, die maximale Laufzeit beträgt somit 4 Jahre.
