Contract Description
Le présent marché a pour objet : - La fourniture de produits lessiviels (lot 1), - Les prestations de réparations des laveuses essoreuses, des systèmes de dosage associés et des cabines de séchages et la prestation de déménagement de ces équipements au sein d’un même CIS ou dans de nouveaux locaux (lot 2). En application de l’article L.2125-1 du Code de la Commande publique, la consultation donnera lieu à un accord cadre, alloti, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum. Il s’agit d’un accord cadre de services, mono attributaire, sans remise en concurrence, qui sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l’émission de bons de commande dans les conditions définies aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code la Commande Publique.
