Tällä tarjouspyynnöllä Rovaniemen kaupungin hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia Rovaniemen kaupungin tilapalvelukeskuksen kiinteistöjen ilmanvaihtokanavien ylläpitoa koskevista palveluista. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen: - Osa-alue 1: Ilmanvaihtotyöt - Osa-alue 2: Ilmanvaihtokanavien puhdistus ja nuohous - Osa-alue 3: Ilmanvaihdon säätötyöt Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan kohteesta on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä sekä liitteissä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" ja "Nuohous- ja säätöohjeet". Tarjouskilpailun tuloksena jokaiseen osa-alueeseen muodostetaan puitejärjestely tilaajan ja valittujen toimittajien kesken. Etusijajärjestys on kuvattu tarkemmin sopimuksessa ja liitteessä "Etusijajärjestys". Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen neljä (4) vuotta. Optiokausia ei sisälly hankintaan. Tarjouspyyntö muodostuu tästä tarjouspyyntödokumentista ja sen liitteistä.
