Contract Description
Elvera Oy (jäljempänä “Tilaaja”) hankkii pakettiautoja ja niihin liittyviä jälkimarkkinapalveluita. Hankintaan sovelletaan lakia vesi- ja energiahuollon, liikenteen ja postipalvelujen alalla toimivien yksiköiden hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (jäljempänä ”erityisalojen hankintalaki”, 1398/2016). Tarjouskilpailun lopputuloksena muodostetaan erityisalojen hankintalain 45 §:n mukainen usean toimittajan muodostama puitejärjestely tilaajan käyttöön. Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: Pienet pakettiautot (3–4,9 m³), 2-4 toimittajaa Keskisuuret pakettiautot (5–7,9 m³), 2-4 toimittajaa Suuret pakettiautot (8–20 m³), 2-4 toimittajaa SUV AWD-ajoneuvo N1 luokka, 2-4 toimittajaa Lava-autot (alustamallit), 2-4 toimittajaa Pick-up-autot, 2-4 toimittajaa Tarjoaja voi tarjota osaa ajoneuvoluokista, mutta sen tulee tarjota vähintään kahta (2) edellä mainituista ajoneuvoluokista. Sopimuskausi alkaa, kun molemmat osapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet puitesopimuksen. Puitesopimus on voimassa ensin määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, minkä jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Sopimus päättyy kuitenkin: - kun erityisalojen hankintalain 45 §:n 2 momentin mukainen puitejärjestelyn nojalla hankittava ajoneuvojen enimmäismäärä 600 ajoneuvoa sopimuskaudella on tullut täyteen - viimeistään, kun on kulunut kahdeksan (8) vuotta sopimuksen voimaantulosta.
