1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 przeznaczonego do prowadzenia akcji ratowniczych oraz usuwania skutków katastrof naturalnych lub awarii chemiczno – ekologicznych dla jednostki OSP włączonej do Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo – Gaśniczego w ramach zadania „Przystosowanie do zmian klimatu na terenie Gminy Brusy” dofinansowanego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Pomorza 2021-2027, Priorytetu 2. Fundusze europejskie dla zielonego Pomorza, Działania 2.9. Przystosowanie do zmian klimatu, współfinansowanego z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego”. 2. Podstawowe wymagania, jakie powinien spełniać oferowany samochód zostały szczegółowo określone w SWZ oraz Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy.
