These values took effect on 1 January 2026.

Do I have to publish a contract on TED?

If the estimated contract value is at or above the relevant EU threshold for its type, sector and authority, the contract must be advertised EU-wide on TED Europa and follow full EU procurement procedures. Below the threshold, national rules apply.
