Contract Description
Sous l’impulsion de la planification coordonnée aux niveaux régional, cantonal et d’agglomération, le Programme de développement des métros automatiques m2-m3 (Programme m2-m3) a été lancé afin de répondre à deux objectifs stratégiques majeurs : * Renforcer la capacité de transport entre la gare de Lausanne et le centre-ville, afin de répondre à la demande générée par l’augmentation de l’offre ferroviaire à la gare de Lausanne ; * Assurer la desserte et la connexion des secteurs des Plaines-du-Loup et de la Tuilière avec le centre-ville de Lausanne, ainsi qu’avec les pôles d’échanges multimodaux de la gare de Lausanne et du site de Chauderon. Le programme concerne le développement du réseau de métros automatiques de Lausanne et comprend notamment : * L’extension et l’adaptation des infrastructures de génie civil ; * La création d’une nouvelle ligne de métro m3 ; Il s’agit d’un marché de fournitures et de services, portant sur : * L’acquisition de rames de métro automatique sur pneumatiques pilotées en GoA4, * L’intégration des automatismes et du système d’information voyageurs (communication audio‑visuelle), * En option, un contrat d’assistance technique.
