Contract Description
Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden Anbieterinnen gesucht, die für das LUKS den Ausbau der HR-IT-Systeme, bestehend aus 2 Losen, unter einem Werkvertrag umsetzen und die neuen Lösungen in Betrieb nehmen möchten. Während der Betriebsphase laufen die dafür benötigten Verträge mit den Herstellerinnen der Lösungen sowie ein Wartungsvertrag mit SLA mit der Dienstleisterin des jeweiligen Loses. Werk- und Wartungsverträge sind jeweils Einzelverträge unter dem mit dem LUKS abzuschliessenden Rahmenvertrag. Über letzteren kann das LUKS bei Bedarf Experten-Knowhow zu vordefinierten Tarifen abrufen und weitere Aufträge in Form von weiteren Werkverträgen unter dem Rahmenvertrag vergeben. Nebst den genannten Inhalten regelt der Rahmenvertrag zudem die Bereitstellung eines SPoC für das LUKS, über welchen sämtliche Anfragen und Belange des LUKS rund um die darin geregelten Themen abgewickelt werden. Die Inhalte der Beschaffung je Los sind in den Beschreibungen zu den Losen aufgeführt.
