Contract Description
Der Projektperimeter liegt im Nationalstrassenabschnitt N05.80, Bözingenfeld – Lengnau und umfasst den Teilbereich der Verzweigung Bözingenfeld bis zum Objekt BS 20 Brücke Leugene, von km 73.965 bis km 81.195. Dies entspricht einer Länge von km 7.23. Der Teilabschnitt der N16 zwischen VZW Bözingenfeld und der Brücke D01 Pont sur T5 gehört zum Unterhaltsabschnitt N05.80. Dieser Streckenabschnitt wurde mehrheitlich zwischen 1998 bis 2000 gebaut und im Jahr 2001 in Betrieb genommen. Die UNF BS 03 Bözingenfeld N16 wurde im Jahr 2020 erstellt. Es handelt sich um die Nationalstrasse N05, 1. Klasse, die sich im Eigentum des ASTRA befindet. Im Projektperimeter befinden sich 8 Überführungen, 4 Unterführungen, 4 Durchlässe, 1 Wanne, 6 Stützmauern, 1 Tunnel, 5 Lärmschutzdämme, 5 Lärmschutzwände, 2 Ölrückhaltebecken, 2 Pumpschächte und 20 Signalportalen. Die Sanierung umfasst folgende Arbeiten: Deckbelagsersatz auf der gesamten Strecke, den Umbau der 4 RRB, diverse Betonsanierungen an Kunstbauten und im Tunnel Pieterlen, örtliche Verstärkungen bei Signalträgern, diverse Hydrophobierungen an Kunstbauten, Ersatz von Oberflächenschutzsystem im Tunnel Pieterlen, Markierungen, Signalisation und Beleuchtung auf der gesamten Strecke. Die Sanierung im BSA Bereich umfasst aus heutiger Sicht folgende Arbeiten: Anschluss RRB an die BSA, Energieversorgung, Beleuchtung, Signalisation der offenen Strecke, Signalisation, Überwachungsanlagen, Kommunikation und Leittechnik im Tunnel und diverse Nebeneinrichtungen auf offener Strecke und im Tunnel. Der Anschluss Biel Ost / VZW Bözingenfeld, der als Unfallschwerpunkt gilt und sich im Entwicklungsschwerpunkt Bözingenfeld befindet, muss verkehrstechnisch überprüft werden. Zum heutigen Zeitpunkt wird davon ausgegangen, dass bauliche Massnahmen erforderlich sein werden. Die vorliegende Beschaffung enthält das Mandat Projektverfasser BSA für die Phasen MK / AP mit PGV (Verfahrensbegleitung, Behandlung von Einsprachen) bis Realisierung / IBN (Optional) unter Anwendung der Planungsmethode BIM.
