Contract Description
Appareils sanitaires CFC 25 Le bâtiment Beau Se jour (0A) construit dans les années 60, bénéficiera de moyens de re novation de la façade dans le cadre du projet « embrasures » ainsi que de moyens de création des nouvelles salles de bains dans les chambres actuellement non équipé es de celles-ci. Tenant compte de la vétusté des installations des appareils sanitaires existants, une rénovation des celles-ci ont été prévu dans le cadre de ce marché. Le marché porte sur les prestations de travaux et fournitures de l’installation des appareils sanitaires dont l’objectif, après dépose initiale, est la réalisation des nouvelles installations dans ce bâtiment (0A). Il inclut les prestations courantes d’installations techniques y compris leurs fournitures associées, tous les travaux d’adaptations et d’installations nécessaires, la mise en place et en service complète. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur l'ensemble de ces prestations totales turned key, en parfait ordre de marché sécuritaire, testé et fonctionnel au fur et à mesure des étapes programmées du chantier. Le détail et les caractéristiques techniques de l’objet à fournir sont précisés dans le cahier des charges technique qui fait partie intégrante des conditions du présent marché.
