Contract Description
Die SBB beabsichtigen Freiverladeanlagen in Zürich Nord zu schliessen (u.a. Niederglatt und Rümlang) und in Bülach zu zentralisieren. Der Standort Bülach ist sowohl auf der Schiene als auch auf der Strasse gut erreichbar und verfügt bereits über die notwendigen Anlagen zur Annahme von Güterzügen. Das höhere Verkehrsvolumen erfordert den Ausbau der Anlage und die Trennung von der P+R-Anlage. Der Freiverlad Bülach ist im Richtplan verankert und von hoher Bedeutung für den Kanton Zürich. Es wird eine neue Freiverladeanlage mit folgenden Bestandteilen erstellt: * Gleis 39: Neubau mit 100m Verladekante, entlang einer neuen Bohrpfahlwand zur Schaffhauserstrasse für den Verlad von ACTS-Containern, Zement und langen Gütern. * Gleis 38-8: Verlängerung und leichte horizontale Schiebung inkl. zweier Weichen, Umnutzung Gleis 38 von Abstellgleis zu Verladegleis mit 117.90m Verladekante für den Verlad von ACTS-Containern (ACTS=AbrollcontainerTransportsystem), Verlängerung Gleis 8 auf eine Abstelllänge von 167 m für Personenverkehrszüge * Neuer Verladeplatz, inkl. Beleuchtung und Entwässerung sowie erforderlicher Umgebungsarbeiten. Baumeisterarbeiten (Liste nicht abschliessend): * Belagsarbeiten Verladeplatz * Entwässerung (142m Leitungen, Drosselbauwerk, Schächte) * Erdarbeiten (4850 m3) * Schotterabtrag (ca. 2850 m3) * Bohrpfahlwand Pfahldurchmesser 1.5m, Länge 652 m * Bohrpfahlwand Pfahldurchmesser 1.2m, Länge 118 m * Fahrleitungs-, Signal- und Schrankenfundamente * Gleis 39: Neubau Trasseunterbau- und Oberbau 138 m, Bahnübergang mit Gleistragplatten 29 m, Prellbock * Gleis 38-8 Neubau/Unterbausanierung Trasseunterbau- und Oberbau 396 m inkl. versetzen einer Weiche, Prellbock * Kabelquerungen und Kabelkanäle (480 m) * Betonarbeiten (350 m3 für Sichtbetonwand über Bohrpfahlwand) * Erstellung Verladekante mit Perronwinkel * Geländer, Handläufe, Zäune, Schiebetor, Leitplanken * Markierungen
