Contract Description
Im derzeitigen Schnitt werden pro Jahr in ungefähr 12 Projekten ca. 5'000 Gleismeter erneuert. Die Anzahl Projekte kann von Jahr zu Jahr variieren. Die Umsetzung der jeweiligen Gleiserneuerungen erfolgt meistens über das Wochenende und wird Gleisschlag genannt. Die VBZ schreiben hiermit die Baustellenverpflegung während den Gleisschlägen mit durchgehendem Betrieb aus. Die Baustellenverpflegung ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Gleisschläge und ist bspw. bei kalten sowie nassen Wochenenden massgebend am Erfolg eines Gleisschlages beteiligt. Die Verpflegungsstelle resp. Container befindet sich immer direkt oder in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptgeschehens. Verpflegt werden hauptsächlich sämtliches VBZ-Personal und das Personal aller eingesetzten Unternehmen.
