Contract Description
Das ASTRA möchte seine Energiestrategie 2050 umsetzen, welche die Beschaffung von schweren Motorfahrzeugen vorsieht, die innerhalb der Gebietseinheit I schrittweise auf Elektromobilität umgestellt werden. Dies erfordert eine Erweiterung der Ladeinfrastruktur im Werkhof Wankdorf, die etappenweise realisiert wird, damit die neuen elektrischen schweren Motorfahrzeuge geladen und im Betrieb eingesetzt werden können. Der Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung betrifft die erste Etappe und umfasst die folgenden Hauptleistungen: - Lieferung der Ladeinfrastruktur für acht Ladepunkte inklusive des erforderlichen Zubehörs sowie von zwei mobilen Ladestationen und von Erschliessungssystemen für die Parkplätze, abgehängt von der Decke (z. B. Kabelrolle, Seilzug oder Ähnliches). Die Ladekabel dürfen die Durchfahrt der Fahrzeuge nicht beeinträchtigen. - Lieferung und Konfiguration des Lastmanagementsystems inkl. des erforderlichen Zubehörs - Lieferung und Installation eines Batteriespeichers (mindestens 800 kWh) in einem Container - Einbindung des Lastmanagements in das Energiekonzept - Mitarbeit bei der Projektkoordination mit dem ausführenden Elektroplaner und Elektroinstallateur - Fernzugriff auf die Ladestationen - Inbetriebnahme der Ladeinfrastruktur, des Batteriespeichers und des Lastmanagementsystems - Durchführung von Wartungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten (Servicearbeiten) - Bereitstellung eines Notfallservices (online und vor Ort) - Erstellung der Dokumentation und Durchführung der Schulung in deutscher Sprache Eine detaillierte Beschreibung befindet sich in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen, insbesondere im Leistungspflichtenheft und dessen Anhängen.
