Le présent marché porte sur l'étude et la réalisation des travaux de reconfiguration et de végétalisation du préau de l'école du Petit-Lancy, dans la continuité de la démarche participative engagée. Le périmètre d'intervention couvre environ 4'300 m² sur la parcelle communale n°4960, avec un périmètre de réflexion élargi intégrant les connexions avec le parc Louis-Bertrand et les cheminements adjacents. Le mandat comprend les prestations ordinaires complètes des phases 3, 4 et 5 au sens du règlement SIA 105 (édition 2020), auxquelles s'ajoutent des prestations spécifiques en matière d'animation et de démarche participative.
