Region Norrbotten inbjuder till att ansöka om att delta i ett dynamiskt inköpssystem – Vårdtjänster, enligt bifogade instruktioner och handlingar. En inledande ansökningsperiod löper under 30 dagar från att Inköpssystemet annonserats. Alla ansökningar som inkommit inom den inledande 30-dagarsperioden ska utvärderas innan Region Norrbotten får börja använda Inköpssystemet och bjuda in till anbudsgivning för specifika uppdrag. Region Norrbotten avser upphandla hälso-och sjukvårdstjänster som innefattar medicinsk bedömning, behandling, diagnostik, omvårdnad och rådgivning inom hälso - och sjukvård.
