Contract Description
Denna upphandling avser upprättande av ett ramavtal omfattande kundnära fälttjänster samt anslutningsärenden utan schakt. En betydande del av avtalsinnehållet är återkommande ackrediterad kontroll av ett mätsystem, vilket är ett arbete med god planerbarhet för utföraren. För genomförande av uppdraget kommer det krävas integration, systemlösning samt lagerkapacitet för att hantera Ellevios material som är relevant för avtalet. Detaljer kommer framgå av förfrågningsunderlaget. Ramavtalet gäller perioden 2028-01-01 till och med 2033-03-31. Det geografiska avtalsområdet framgår av Bilaga karta områdesindelning. Säkerhetsskyddsavtal, nivå 3, kommer upprättas, då vissa uppdrag kommer behöva tillträde till Ellevios säkerhetskänsliga verksamhet. Frågor som inkommer under juli månad kan komma att besvaras först i början av augusti.
