Contract Description
El objeto de la contratación es la prestación de un servicio de consultoría, asistencia y apoyo técnico especializado para el análisis de la situación tecnológica actual de los sistemas de información de la organización, así como para la definición, establecimiento, evolución y gobierno de una arquitectura tecnológica objetivo, basada en estándares abiertos y ampliamente adoptados en el mercado. La arquitectura objetivo resultante tendrá carácter referencial y normativo, y deberá servir como marco obligatorio de referencia para la redacción de futuros pliegos de contratación de desarrollos y evolutivos de aplicaciones, tanto en el ámbito backend como frontend, sin que ello implique la migración inmediata de los sistemas existentes. Todo ello según el alcance descrito en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que rige la presente contratación.
