El presente contrato tiene por objeto describir las condiciones por las que se ha de regir la contratación de los servicios de limpieza, en los inmuebles de las diversas Unidades Administrativas dependientes del Servicio Madrileño de Salud. Los servicios de limpieza previstos en el presente documento incluyen las modalidades de servicio ordinario de limpieza, así como, un servicio de mantenimiento de contenedores higiénicos en los aseos y desinfección, desinsectación y desratización, con el contenido y alcance señalado en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares
