El objeto de este contrato es la prestación del servicio de limpieza en diversos equipamientos del municipio de Sabadell que gestiona Promoció Económica de Sabadell, SL (PES, SL), empresa municipal del Ayuntamiento de Sabadell e incluye tanto los servicios ordinarios de acuerdo con un presupuesto fijo como los servicios adicionales o complementarios según necesidades sin que el número total de prestaciones incluidos en el objeto del contrato se defina con exactitud en el momento de firmarlo, por estar subordinados a las necesidades de la contratante, con un presupuesto máximo.
