Contract Description
Servicio de coordinación, supervisión y gobernanza fiscal de Sareb. Prestación de un servicio especializado de coordinación, supervisión y gobernanza fiscal de Sareb, orientado a garantizar la correcta aplicación de los criterios fiscales corporativos y el control del modelo fiscal altamente externalizado. El servicio comprende funciones internas de gobernanza, coordinación transversal, supervisión técnica y control, alineadas con las funciones desarrolladas internamente por Sareb y definidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, coexistiendo con contratos de asesoramiento fiscal recurrente (Iguala), BPO fiscal y contratos SMO con servicers. Quedan excluidas del objeto del contrato las funciones de asesoramiento fiscal recurrente, la ejecución operativa masiva de obligaciones tributarias y la gestión fiscal por activo, ya cubiertas por otros contratos vigentes.
