Se va incheia un acord cadru, cu doi operatori economici, pentru achizitia de ALIMENTE, 53 loturi, cu valoarea cuprinsa intre 1222,00 lei si 1432380,00 lei. Durata acordului cadru va fi de 12 luni. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 6. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, pana in a 4-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Garantia de participare nu se solicita. Garanția de bună execuție nu se solicita.
