Obiectul achiziției publice îl reprezintă achiziționarea serviciilor necesare organizării unor evenimente naționale pentru diverse categorii de public, prestate sub forma unor pachete de servicii, care includ toate sau o parte dintre următoarele categorii de servicii/produse: servicii de închiriere sală de conferință, inclusiv echipamente și asistență tehnică (pachet tehnic); servicii de catering/restaurant; servicii de interpretariat simultan, inclusiv echipament și suport tehnic; servicii de transport materiale de promovare și comunicare (colete voluminoase); materiale de promovare și comunicare, inclusiv servicii de personalizare și distribuire; alte servicii de organizare eveniment (cum ar fi: servicii de secretariat, servicii de înregistrare audio și transcriere, etc.)
