Contract Description
În urma desfașurării procedurii de atribuire, Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze produse de origine animala conform descrierilor din caietul de sarcini, produse de calitate, cu ajutorul cărora, în cadrul cantinelor, să poată fi pregătită mâncarea conform rețetarelor existente și chiar să îmbunătățească calitatea meniurilor. Plata se va face prin OP in termen de 30 de zile calendaristice de la data validării facturii electronice în sistemul național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura. Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 18 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire conform obligatiei prevazute la art. 160 alin. 2 din legea 98/2016, în a 11a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
