Contract Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe zorganizowanie wizyty studyjnej podsumowującej perspektywę finansową 2014-2020 oraz obecną perspektywę 2021-2027 w kraju UE: Francja region Prowansja–Alpy–Lazurowe Wybrzeże w zakresie projektów spełniających kryteria europejskiej wartości dodanej (EAV) zgodnej z RSI LORIS dla przedstawicieli Grupy ds. koordynacji działań informacyjno-promocyjnych Funduszy Europejskich. Wizyta będzie zorganizowana dla min. 15 i max. 20 osób. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje między innymi: - przygotowanie programu wizyty studyjnej - zapewnienie transportu dla maksymalnie 20 osób - zapewnienie koordynatora wizyty studyjnej - zapewnienie obsługi tłumaczeniowej podczas wizyty studyjnej - zakwaterowanie i wyżywienie - ubezpieczenie wizyty studyjnej - inne czynności niezbędne do skutecznego przeprowadzenia kompleksowej organizacji wizyty studyjnej. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwanym dalej „OPZ”), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, który jednocześnie będzie załącznikiem nr 1 do umowy.
