Contract Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na transporcie osób skazanych i osadzonych z Aresztu Śledczego Służewiec Warszawa przy ul. Kłobuckiej 5 (dalej” Areszt Śledczy”) do WER Warszawa przy ul. Łączyny 8 (dalej „WER Warszawa”) i z WER Warszawa do Aresztu Śledczego. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do wykonania 1018 kursów w okresie realizacji umowy, przy czym za kurs uważa się dokonanie przewozu osób skazanych i osadzonych na trasie określonej w ust. 1 (tj. tam i z powrotem), zgodnie z Harmonogramem realizacji usług.
