2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup samochodu typu mikrobus dla Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Grójcu zgodnie z wymaganiami załącznika nr 1 do SWZ –opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Prawo opcji: a) Zamówienie gwarantowane obejmuje zakup 1 szt. samochodu typu mikrobus dla Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Grójcu do dnia 11.12.2026 r. b) Zamówienie opcjonalne obejmuje zakup 1 szt. samochodu typu mikrobus dla Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Grójcu do dnia 11.12.2026 r. Prawo opcji oznacza, iż Zamawiający na pewno zakupi ilość gwarantowaną, natomiast Zamawiający przedstawi ilość z której skorzysta w ramach prawa opcji najpóźniej do dnia 30.09.2026 r. 4. Skorzystanie z prawa opcji uzależnione jest od występowania następujących zdarzeń: a) Uzyskania oszczędności w postępowaniu przetargowym, b) Pozyskania dodatkowych środków finansowych. 5. Przedmiot zamówienia winien spełniać następujące wymagania: a) odpowiadać wszystkim cechom określonym w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. b) być nowy i zgodny z obowiązującymi normami. c) posiadać komplet dokumentacji techniczno-eksploatacyjnej.
