Contract Description
1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest świadczenie doradztwa szkoleniowego i doradztwa technicznego w obszarze Planów Zrównoważonej Mobilności Miejskiej. 2. Zamówienie składa się z zamówienia podstawowego (gwarantowanego) oraz z zamówienia objętego opcją (niegwarantowanego, opcjonalnego) przewidzianego zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia podstawowego oraz zamówienia objętego opcją jest taki sam i został szczegółowo opisany w OPZ i PPU, stanowiącymi odpowiednio załącznik nr 1 i 2 do SWZ.
