Contract Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn.: Dostawa środków chemicznych i materiałów uszorstniających do zimowego utrzymania dróg: Zadanie Nr 1 – dostawa środków chemicznych (soli drogowej). Zadanie Nr 2 – dostawa materiałów uszorstniajacych – (kruszywa naturalnego). 2. Zakres zamówienia: - Środki chemiczne (sól drogowa) – 7 400 ton; - Materiały uszorstniające (kruszywo naturalne) – 4 500 ton; wraz z dostawą i rozładunkiem do następujących miejsc składowania: - Obwód Drogowo-Mostowy w Babicy, - Obwód Drogowo-Mostowy w Błażowej, - Obwód Drogowo-Mostowy w Wólce Niedźwiedzkiej, - Miejsce składowania materiału w miejscowości Rudna Mała, zgodnie z Formularzem cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ).
