Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej „OPZ”) stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Wzór Umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ.
