Contract Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na: 1.1. odbiorze transporcie i zagospodarowaniu zmieszanych i selektywnie zebranych odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Trzebownisko, 1.2. zapewnieniu, wyposażeniu i obsłudze co najmniej jednego stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych dla mieszkańców Gminy Trzebownisko oddalonego maksymalnie do 5 km od budynku Urzędu Gminy Trzebownisko, a także zorganizowaniu mobilnej zbiórki odpadów problemowych wraz z zagospodarowaniem odpadów zebranych w trakcie tej zbiórki, 1.3. przeprowadzeniu działań edukacyjnych w zakresie prawidłowego gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w szczególności w zakresie selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych w szkołach podstawowych na terenie Gminy Trzebownisko, 1.4. wyposażeniu właścicieli nieruchomości w pojemniki i worki na odpady komunalne w okresie obowiązywania umowy. 1.5. świadczeniu usług dodatkowych dla właścicieli nieruchomości objętych gminnym systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Trzebownisko, w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. wyniesie około 8 543,00 Mg.
