1. Przedmiot zamówienia dostawa odczynników i materiaÅów zużywalnych do badaÅ laboratoryjnych wraz z dzierżawÄ analizatorów. 2. SzczegóÅowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierajÄ niniejsza SWZ oraz: 1) zaÅÄ cznik nr 1 â formularz oferty 2) zaÅÄ cznik nr 2 â asortymentowo-cenowy, 3) zaÅÄ cznik nr 2a â parametry wymagane dla poszczególnego zadania odrÄbnie, 4) zaÅÄ cznik nr 3 â projekt umowy. Wymagania okreÅlone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia wynikajÄ z koniecznoÅci zapewnienia ciÄ gÅoÅci diagnostyki laboratoryjnej, bezpieczeÅstwa i wiarygodnoÅci wyników badaÅ oraz kompatybilnoÅci z funkcjonujÄ cym u ZamawiajÄ cego systemem informatycznym.
