Contract Description
1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje realizację zamówienia pod nazwą: „Wykonanie monitoringów wybranych przedmiotów ochrony obszaru Natura 2000 Rudno PLH120058 (dot. poczwarówek)”. 2. W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do wykonania monitoringu dwóch gatunków poczwarówek: poczwarówki zwężonej Vertigo angustior i poczwarówki jajowatej Vertigo moulinsiana w obszarze Natura 2000 Rudno PLH120058. 3. Szczegóły zakres przedmiotu precyzuje Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) wraz z załącznikami. 4. Zamawiający wymaga, aby pracownicy skierowani przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę do wykonania czynności: prace wchodzące w zakres przedmiotu zamówienia polegające na wykonywaniu monitoringu, byli zatrudnieni na podstawie stosunku pracy. Powyższe nie dotyczy sytuacji, kiedy Wykonawca samodzielnie realizuje zamówienie lub za pośrednictwem osoby zatrudnionej na podstawie umowy cywilnoprawnej, innej niż stosunek pracy.
