Contract Description

PROCUREMENT BRIEFLY Detailed regulations shall be carried out on the property at the old Veterinary College in Oslo (DgV). Oslo municipality, c/o Oslobygg KF, owns approx. 2/3 of the property, while Linstow Adamstuen AS owns the remaining 1/3. All buildings, besides one building, have different degrees of protection, from listed, also internally, to a yellow list. Furthermore, parts of the outdoor areas are listed, and furthermore there is a great focus on the preservation of trees. See the tender contest ́s annex for further information on the assignment.
