Contract Description
De scope van de Opdracht betreft: a) Het (door)leveren en Beheren, op eenvoudige en marktconforme wijze, van gebruiksrechten op Standaardsoftware, inclusief implementatie, verlengingen, updates en upgrades en ondersteuning (maintenance en support). Daarbij zij opgemerkt dat, de Aanbestedende dienst hiertoe tevens SaaS-diensten rekent betreffende Microsoft haar PaaS en IaaS-diensten (zie Definities). De levering dient optimaal afgestemd te zijn op de behoefte van de Aanbestedende dienst; b) Het (door)leveren en beheren van Microsoft gebruiksrechten betreffende Standaardsoftware, inclusief SaaS, PaaS en IaaS diensten, zulks op basis van EAS, CSP en andere mogelijke Microsoft contractvormen, onder door Aanbestedende dienst zelfstandig of in samenwerkingsverband, met Microsoft overeengekomen condities; c) Het adviseren omtrent aanschaf en vernieuwing van gebruiksrechten van Standaardsoftware onder meer betreffende ... Zie verder par. 2.5 van de Aanbestedingsleidraad De waarde van de Opdracht is geraamd op 14 miljoen euro in totaal voor de volledige looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst inclusief alle opties en verlengingen. Er is groei verwacht vanaf het huidige niveau van ongeveer 2 miljoen euro jaarlijks naar 3 tot 3,5 miljoen euro jaarlijks met name vanwege toenemend gebruik van SaaS en andere IT-clouddiensten, waaronder die van Microsoft. De maximale omvang en tevens het maximumbedrag van de beoogde Raamovereenkomst is gesteld op 18 miljoen euro. Bij het bereiken van deze maximale omvang verliest de Raamovereenkomst zijn effect en kunnen geen opdrachten meer onder de raamovereenkomst worden verstrekt.
