Het contracteren van 1 partij (eventueel met onderaannemers) die gedurende het de scope realiseert. Van de te contracteren partij wordt gevraagd: ⢠de hardware voor toegangscontrole en vulgraadmeting te leveren ⢠de hardware werkend te installeren ⢠de toegangspassen te leveren â en dit voor de periode van de overeenkomst te blijven doen ⢠beheer en onderhoud op de hardware uit te voeren (met uitzondering van de 1e lijns onderhoud) Het eerste lijn onderhoud bestaat vanuit opdrachtgever uit het vervangen van kapotte kaartlezers en batterijen/accu's. zie aanbestedingsdocumenten
