Contract Description
De inhoud van deze aanbesteding omvat de levering van een zeer divers scala aan technische apparatuur voor de professionele markt. Geïnteresseerde partijen in deze opdracht dienen de markt te kennen en deze voor de RDI te verkennen. De RDI kan de volgende twee vragen bij Opdrachtnemer neerleggen: 1. Een “open” vraag. Met een “open” opdracht wordt bedoeld een opdracht waar de RDI gericht vraagt om bepaalde functionaliteit, maar geen specifiek merk of type instrument voor ogen heeft. 2. Een “specifieke” vraag. Wanneer de RDI gericht specifieke apparatuur uitvraagt, zal de Opdrachtnemer de gevraagde apparatuur direct (inkopen en) doorleveren. Opdrachtnemer dient te beschikken over kennis van technische specificaties van de apparatuur waarmee hij Opdrachtgever dient te adviseren. Opdrachtnemer dient in bovengenoemde gevallen opties van geschikte producten voor te leggen aan Opdrachtgever waaruit hij kan kiezen. € 15.000.000,- excl. btw
