Contract Description
Afdeling Beheer en Registratie (OWO-B&R) van gemeente Ooststellingwerf verzorgt namens de OWO-gemeenten de drukwerkzaamheden. Het drukwerkpakket omvat uiteenlopende producten, waaronder belastingaanslagen (met bijlagen zoals flyers en diftar-specificaties), belastingverminderingen en incidentele folderproducties. Op dit moment worden drukwerkopdrachten incidenteel en versnipperd uitbesteed. Er gelden geen gestandaardiseerde afspraken over levertijden, kwaliteitseisen, afleveringsprotocollen en duurzaamheidseisen. De Afdeling B&R heeft geen structureel contractmanagement ingericht voor drukwerkdienstverlening, waardoor prestatiesturing en periodieke evaluatie ontbreken.
