De Provincie Noord-Holland treedt in deze aanbesteding op als aanbestedende dienst namens het samenwerkingsprogramma Laadwerk. Met deze aanbesteding wordt een opdrachtnemer geselecteerd die op afroep plankaarten opstelt voor gemeenten die deelnemen aan Laadwerk. Deze plankaarten identificeren potentiële locaties voor toekomstige publieke laadinfrastructuur en dragen bij aan een efficiënter en versneld realisatieproces van laadobjecten. De maximale financiële omvang van de Raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op € 1.000.000 excl. BTW voor de gehele looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst, inclusief indexatie en optionele scope
