Contract Description
Het leveren van een leerplicht- en doorstroompunt applicatie als SaaS oplossing. Zie verder hoofdstuk 1 van de inschrijfleidraad. De opdracht wordt vastgelegd in een door opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer te ondertekenen Overeenkomst. Om praktische redenen kiest Regio Rivierenland er voor om de applicatie bij aanvang van het schooljaar 2027/2028 operationeel in gebruik te nemen. De overeenkomst gaat daarom in per 1 augustus 2027. De implementatiefase start echter al op 1 januari 2027. De Overeenkomst kent een initiële looptijd van vier (4) jaar en eindigt op 31 juli 2031. Na de initiële looptijd kan de Overeenkomst met wederzijdse instemming en 5x voor de duur van een (1) jaar verlengd worden. De overeenkomst eindigt van rechtswege uiterlijk op 31 juli 2036.
