Contract Description
RDW wil een nieuwe leverancier contracteren die de levering en het onderhoud van kantoormeubilair (nieuw en refurbished) op alle RDW-locaties verzorgt. De opdracht omvat levering, installatie en nazorg van circulaire werkplekinrichtingen voor diverse typen ruimtes waaronder bureaukamers, kantoortuinen, overlegruimtes en ontmoetingsruimtes. Deze Opdracht/ Overeenkomst heeft betrekking op het volgende: 1. Leveren, monteren, plaatsen en gebruiksklaar opleveren van kantoormeubilair (nieuw circulair, refurbished en huur). 2. Beheer en onderhoud van het meubilair in het kader van verlenging van de levensduur. 3. Inventariseren, taggen van het meubilair. Er zal een Raamovereenkomst worden gesloten met een initiële duur van vier (4) jaar. De RDW kan eenzijdig de Raamovereenkomst zes (6) keer - onder gelijkblijvende condities - verlengen met een periode van één (1) jaar.
